We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 1-2 weeks. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within this period, please contact us by clicking here and choosing one of the options.

We are able to deliver throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to any countries outside the UK including Eire, USA, Canada or mainland Europe. It is also not possible to deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Boxes within the UK.

You can return any faulty items to Remco Graffix within 28 days from the date of invoice for a refund or replacement, provided that they are unused and with their original packaging and condition. We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return; we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you do require a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order. If you have proofed artwork, Remco Graffix cannot accept responsibility for any errors and therefore cannot offer a refund. However, we will be happy to discuss this with you to ensure that you have the finished product you require and will, within reason, work with you to make this happen.

For orders up to £99.99- there is a delivery of £9.99. Orders over £100.00 will be delivered Free of Charge.
